I had a very good experience with my doctor. At Mill Creek Endodontics. She was very professional and the staff was very professional in caring. After going home. I had no side effects. Everything was very professionally done and. And I didn't even have to take any aspirin. Great root canal. I give you a thumbs up.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Shin and the entire staff during my two visits to MC Endodontics & Microsurgery. My first encounter was through a referral from my dentist’s office to evaluate my tooth for a potential root canal or removal. I arrived for my targeted exam and consultation, and was greeted immediately with a smile. After a brief check-in, I was escorted to the back for some preliminary X-rays. After just a few minutes, Dr. Shin came to review the X-rays and physically assess my tooth. He confidently relayed his observations to the Dental Assistant (DA or RDA) and proposed a root canal. I was able to schedule my follow-up appointment then, and I also received a detailed breakdown of the day’s fees based on my insurance, and an estimate of the future costs. I found this entire visit to be concierge-like. I was getting the full attention of everyone there, even though this was a very popular office. It was very Nordstrom-like to have the financial breakdown explained to me standing side-by-side, and not having paper ‘pushed’ to me. I made a mistake with my actual root-canal appointment, even though I confirmed details via text. I read the text confirmation

From Kara at the Front Desk to Dr.Shin at Everett/Mill Creek Endodontics my experience was exceptional. I was treated with the utmost care that I forgot I was undergoing a procedure.

The reason I even had appointments at this office was after my primary Dentist had issues reaching and extracting my roots after requiring a root canal. This office is clean, Gaylen has assisted helpfully at front desk thus far, scheduling is easy, and the actual procedure was prompt. The five stars goes to the teamwork of Suha and Dr. Shin. Providing a review to specifically emphasize how impressed I was with their teamwork. As a patient, I really appreciate having a pair of people who easily work together, and provide comfort to the experience. Suha naturally is a comforting person, and Dr Shin appears to know his stuff, and quickly execute. Although my case seems particularly hard to reach, they ensured me all was good for the future, and the office will see me in 8 ish months to ensure all is looking good. (Included in price of procedure) I hope to find additionally that my insurance does cover some of the cost. However am waiting to see how that portion plays out.
